Elderly women are often among the most vulnerable in our communities. They may face health challenges, financial constraints, or social isolation. Ensuring they have access to proper nutrition is not just an act of kindness but also a necessity for their well-being.

Helps Foundation embarked on a mission to empower women by providing them with essential ration kits. This initiative was not just about distributing supplies; it was about supporting the backbone of our community. Livelihood support by Helps Foundation Food4all by Ngo Helps Foundation Helps Foundation's ration kits were carefully curated to include not just essentials but also nutritious items to ensure the health and well-being of these incredible women. Helps Foundation believe that a well-nourished community is a strong community.

 ૭૭મા સ્વતંત્રતા દિવસ નિમિત્તે હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન દ્વારા ધોળકામાં આવેલા માંડણપુરામાં ચાલતી 'હેલ્પ્સ પાઠશાળા' ના બાળકો સાથે ઉજવણી કરી હતી. જેમાં એક જાગૃતિ રેલીનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું , તથા સાથે સાથે બાળકો માટે ચિત્ર સ્પર્ધા અને બીજી રમતો જેવી કે લીંબુ ચમચી, કોથળા દોડ તથા ત્રિપગી દોડનો પણ સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. બાળકોમાં જાગૃતિ લાવવા માટે 'મેરી માટી મેરા દેશ' ના વિષય પર એક વકતૃત્વ સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન પણ આ જ દિવસે કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમના અંતે વિજેતા બાળકોને ઇનામવિતરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું , જેથી બાળકોનો ઉત્સાહ વધે.

હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન દ્વારા  6 વૃદ્ધ જરૂિયાતમંદ મહિલાઓને  રાસન કીટ આપવામાં આવી . રાસન કીટ આપવાની સાથે સાથે તેમના જીવન ની વીતેલ પરિસ્તિથી અને હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન દ્વારા કરેલ આ સહાય બાદ તેમના જીવન માં શું પરિવર્તન આવ્યું , તેમની કઈ મુશ્કેલીઓ દૂર થઈ તે માટે  રીપોર્ટીંગ કર્યું. 

 હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન દ્વારા નબળા અને જરૂરતમંદ વ્યકિતઓને આજ ના ખાસ દિવસ હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન ના ગુરુજી દાદાજી શ્રી ભાઇલાલભાઈ ભગત ના નિર્માણ દિવસ નિમિતે  રાસન કીટ ના વિતરણ સાથે મોહનથાળ આપવામાં આવ્યો. હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન ના ટ્રસ્ટી શ્રી ડૉ. ધીરેન્દ્ર પટેલ અને ડૉ. કાજલ પટેલ અને તેમના માર્ગ દર્શન હેઠળ હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન ની ટીમ અંજલી, મિના , કરીના , યાશ્રી આ કાર્ય ક્રમમાં જોડાયા. આ રાસન કીટ નું વિતરણ એટલે કરવામાં આવતું કે જે લોકો પોતાના જીવન માં એકલવાયું જીવન ગુજારે છે , જેમની જરૂરિયાતો પૂરી કરવા માટે સક્ષમ ન હોય તેવા  વ્યક્તિઓને હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન રાસન કીટ આપી તેમની સહાય કરે છે. આજ રોજ એ જ હેતુ પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે રાસન કીટ નું વિતરણ કરવા આપ્યું તું. જેમાં જગ્યા:-ધોળકા,કાસિન્દ્રા.
